Click the ‘Book now’ button on the top right of the page and use the self-scheduling tool to pick a convenient time for you. After registering, you will be emailed the access link to the Charm Health ‘Patient Portal’. Complete the intake forms found in Charm Health prior to your first visit.
How do I get started?
What is Charm Health?
Charm Health is the Electric Health Records program used by Serenity Psychiatry to securely store your health records. You can also use the patient portal to communicate with your team about scheduling appointments, refill requests, and to access your medical records.
At this time, we are only offering virtual visits.
Do you offer in person visits?
At Serenity Psychiatry, we tailor our medication management services specifically for your mental health needs. We treat conditions such as Adult ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and more
What types of conditions do you treat?
We are considered out of network for insurances. This allows us to spend more time with each patient. We practice a model of psychiatric care that focuses on providing high-quality, personalized service to patients. Click here to learn more about our service rates.
Do you take insurance?
Once an appointment is confirmed, a video visit link will be sent to you before your visit starts.
How do I join a virtual visit?
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
Where can I be located for my virtual visits?
You must be physically located in either the state of Washington or Texas to be seen. Serenity Psychiatry is working in partnership with Dallas Psychiatric Associates to broaden mental health access.
Both new patient visits and therapy visits are 60 minutes long and costs $400. Follow up visits for medication management are $200.

How do I leave the team a message or question?
For potential new patient or general inquiries, send us an email. For current patients, refill requests can be made in the ‘Medications’ tab in the Charm app. That will be the fastest way for you to get your refills. Patients can send the team a secure, direct message using the ‘Messages’ tab in the Charm app. All questions will be answered in 1-2 business days.
